Sign your team up to see a WHL game in person! 2012 SaskEnergy Hockey Day in Saskatchewan WHL Youth Experience Contest SaskEnergy Hockey Day in Saskatchewan takes place in communities throughout Saskatchewan annually on the third Saturday in January with the SHA choosing one location yearly to serve as the provincial host of the event. The 2012 host community is Melville and events are scheduled for January 21, 2012. As part of the 2012 SaskEnergy Hockey Day in Saskatchewan celebration, SaskEnergy will send ten youth hockey teams to a WHL game in each of Saskatchewan’s WHL Cities during the SaskEnergy Hockey Day in Saskatchewan weekend activities – January 20-22, 2012. Just fill out an entry form today and your team could be selected as one of the groups to see live WHL action in Moose Jaw, Prince Albert, Regina, Saskatoon, or Swift Current. Minor hockey teams from all over Saskatchewan are encouraged to fill out an application form with a brief description of their team and why they want to catch some WHL action. Ten minor hockey teams will be selected and each will receive tickets to a WHL game in the city nearest their community. *** How to enter contest: 1. The SaskEnergy Hockey Day in Saskatchewan WHL Youth Experience contest will begin on November 22, 2011 and will end on December 31, 2011. 2. To enter the contest, team coaches/managers must complete an official entry form on the SaskEnergy website. Click here to enter 3. Only one entry per team will be permitted in this contest. Preference will be give to players in the initiation/novice/atom or peewee divisions. 4. Two group team prize packages will be given out in each of the 5 Saskatchewan WHL team cities:
